• Certification Details
• Current State of Arizona RN license or an RN license from a compact state with multistate privileges or the ability to establish licensure according to Arizona law prior to start date.
• Current BLS certification for Healthcare Provider from the American Heart Association.
• Current PALS certification from the American Heart Association.
  • Job Details
  • COVID-19 vaccination is recommended but not required.
  • Flu vaccination will be required October through April.
  • Flu exemption applications must be received and approved by Phoenix Childrens prior to starting.
  • Anyone not vaccinated for either Flu or COVID-19 will be required to sign Declination & Masking Protocol agreements and must mask during the respiratory virus season.
  • This position, in collaboration with the healthcare team, patient, and family, coordinates and promotes patient health utilizing evidence-based practice in the delivery of professional nursing care across the care continuum.
  • This position advocates for the patient and family adhering to nursing and medical plans of care, regulatory standards, and organizational values.
    • Job Requirements
    • 2 years recent Cath Lab experience.
    • 1 year of pediatric Cath Lab in the last year.
