About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RN Cardiac Clinical Coordinator to join our team at Abrazo Arizona Heart Hospital. As a key member of our cardiac services team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate functions and activities related to a single departmental function, with a focus on cardiac services.
• Act as a liaison person to internal and external customers, including pre-hospital providers, medical and nursing staff, and hospital administration.
• Develop and implement plans/processes for meeting regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance and quality standards.
• Train and mentor staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.Requirements
  • Nursing Degree from an accredited nursing school.
  • Minimum two years relevant clinical nursing experience, with a focus on cardiac services.
  • Management experience with two years supervisory experience, with a preference for certification in specialty area of practice.
