• Certification Details
• Certification/License/Registry Requirements:
• Current State of Arizona RN license or an RN license from a compact state with multistate privileges or the ability to establish licensure according to Arizona law prior to start date.
• Required Current BLS certification for Healthcare Provider from the American Heart Association.
• Required Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) from the American Heart Association
• APHON Chemotherapy Certification

  • COVID-19 vaccination is recommended but not required.
  • Flu vaccination will be required October through April.
  • Flu exemption applications must be received and approved by Phoenix Children's prior to starting.
  • Anyone not vaccinated for either Flu or COVID-19 will be required to sign Declination & Masking Protocol agreements and must mask during the full respiratory virus season.
  • Job Summary: This position, in collaboration with the healthcare team, patient, and family, coordinates and promotes patient health utilizing evidence-based practice in the delivery of professional nursing care across the care continuum.
