CLINICAL SUPERVISOR (BCBA)Your Role at SARRCOur specialized team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts are an integral part of SARRC! As a Clinical Supervisor and ABA professional, you will help your team support their clients goals of connecting and including individuals with autism in their homes, schools, jobs and communities.How We Support our BCBAsSmall caseload of 5-7 clientsAssigned team of 6-7 Behavior TherapistsFlexible schedule with in-person and telehealth supervision opportunitiesWho You ArePrioritizes high performance standards (professionalism, teamwork, communication, accountability, time management) in the workplace to ensure teams are successful and client goals are metStrong collaborator and communicator who enjoys supervising and collaborating with peers to provide guidance, leadership and assist in implementing treatment plansA compassionate approach to care with the flexibility to roll with changes to meet the needs of our clientsPassionate about providing direction and feedback to the clients team, which includes behavior therapists, senior-level clinicians, and other members of the clinical teamExperience and Education RequirementsMasters degree in psychology, education, special education, sociology or related field requiredBoard Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential requiredAbility to obtain Behavior Analyst Licensure with the Arizona Board of Psychologist ExaminersMinimum of one years experience supervising intervention therapy to individuals diagnosed or at risk for autismHoursFull-time, Monday - FridayRobust Benefits PackageUp to 16 days per year paid time off and 8 paid holidaysMedical, dental and vision insurance (majority of coverage paid for by SARRC)401(k) with 50% company match up to 6%Mileage reimbursementInternal job growth opportunitiesProfessional development annual benefit of $1000How We Help You GrowSARRC is proud to offer competitive ongoing professional development opportunities.
