This is an amazing opportunity to join a large, multistate occupational health program, with five board certified Occupational Medicine Physicians, and many other occupational medicine physicians and advanced practice providers. The position is locating in Phoenix, Arizona, the fifth largest metro area in the US. Our Occupational Medicine Provider will perform baseline and annual physical exams, evaluate, treat, and follow up on industrial injuries and non-industrial medical conditions, infectious and hazardous material exposures.
