SMSchedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5:30pm (must be able to work extended hours when needed)Address: 485 N Juniper Drive Ste 2 Chandler, AZ 85226Primary Responsibilities:* Function as a member of the Process Improvement team to identify areas of quality improvement* Update and evaluate Near Miss events for areas of opportunity for procedural change* Review shipping and delivery ticket data to reconcile needed corrections and missing information* Function as the Safety Officer and conduct safety audits of Pharmacy* Review of Emergency Preparedness plan with DOP/PIC and completion of annual drills* Conduct Pharmacy chart audits for evaluation of procedural adherence and review during monthly PI* Function as the liaison to contractors for facility maintenance and support* Complete tasks and projects assigned by the DOP/PIC as required* Ability to work independently and with little instructionThis role is equally challenging and rewarding. Strong attention to detail and computer skills are required as you confirm prescription orders and information for the automated fulfillment for accuracy. It's a fast paced, high-volume environment where accuracy is essential. The role also requires you to monitor products that have been recalled to ensure safety protocols are followed.You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:* High School Diploma / GED (or higher) or 3+ years of pharmacy related experience (including retail pharmacy experience)* Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician License in the state of Arizona or National Certification* Intermediate level proficiency with computer and Windows PC applications including ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer system applications**PLEASE NOTE** The sign-on bonus is only available to external candidates.
