Address: 485 N Juniper Drive Ste 2 Chandler, AZ 85226 (past loading
dock at back of building)
Schedule: Will work an 8hr shift between the hours of 7am - 7pm,
Monday - Friday. Must have ability to work rotating weekend shifts
as business needs arise.
Primary Responsibilities:
Performs any other related task as determined by the Pharmacist or
Pharmacist-In-Charge or as determined by the State Board of
Pharmacy -
Meet established productivity, schedule adherence, and quality
standards while maintaining a good attendance record -
Compound IV Medications in a clean room environment -abiding by
USP797 guidelines for sterile compounding -
Maintain clean room environment thru daily / weekly / monthly
cleaning of room and equipment according to established SOPs -
Manage inventory and the ordering of supplies; organize and restock
work areas during and prior to end of shift, and remove expired
medication
Demonstrate the ability to understand variable compounding
modalities and demonstrate the ability to interpret orders,
complete basic tasks, and work independently
Operate in a dynamic environment and assist in all areas of the
pharmacy, i.e., cleanroom and picking, packing, and equipment
management in the warehouse
Ability to work well within a team environment and navigate changes
in workload and business demands while ensuring quality standards
are met
This role is equally challenging and rewarding. As a senior team
member, you'll help identify problems and determine solutions both
independently or in a team/group setting. You'll need to work
within multiple computer systems simultaneously as you respond to
questions or provide specific medication details/clinical
information. It's a fast paced, high-volume environment where
accuracy is essential.
You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an

what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide
development for other roles you may be interested in.
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma / GED (or higher) OR 2+ years of pharmacy
experience (includes retail pharmacy experience)
Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician License in the state of
Arizona -
Intermediate level proficiency with computer and Windows PC
applications including the ability to navigate and learn new and
complex computer system applications
Ability work an 8hr shift between the hours of 7am - 7pm, Monday -
Friday and work rotating weekend shifts as business needs arise
