Position: Primary Care PhysicianCompensation: $150/hr. plus malpractice coverage insuranceRequirements: Active Arizona License and DEAJob Scope: Outpatient Primary CareLocation: The greater Phoenix Arizona areaSchedule: 4 - 10-hour shifts per week or 5 - 8-hour shifts per weekStart Date: ASAP pending credentialing (within 1 week of submitting documents)No CallsNo Weekends
