Location: Surprise, Arizona. This sprawling Phoenix suburb is only a 45 minute drive from downtown Phoenix, and is located in the Northwest corner of the Phoenix Metropolitan area. Bordered by the White Tank Mountain range to the west, and the Sonoran Desert to the north, Surprise is a spectacularly beautiful area of Phoenix.Facility: Family Practice who has grown for the past 19 years with the focus of providing state-of-the-art, compassionate care with an emphasis on treating the whole person with a goal to provide quality, comprehensive health care for the entire family. Offering a broad scope of medical services including adult and women s health care, geriatric care and pediatric care including Vaccines for Children (VFC). Additionally performing multiple procedures as the patients condition dictates, including joint injections, trigger point injections, toenail removal, etc. Opportunity: Family Medicine Physician need to join great team of providers in a growing area Monday-Friday 8 hour shifts No hospital call Full outpatient Bilingual a plus, but not required Active Arizona license required by startCompensation: Competitive salary and benefits packages starting at $200k with malpractice, professional dues, and CME covered as well as PTO, 401(k), Dental, Health, Vision, professional development assistance, tuition reimbursement
