Momentum Healthcare Staffing is seeking a PMHNP for a behavior health practice located in Phoenix, AZ. Requirements:Specialty: Behavioral health/SMIEducation: PMHNPLicense: Arizona and DEACertification: Board CertifiedPatient base: 2 openings, one with children and one with adults Facility Details:Dates/ Schedule needed: 25-30 hours per weekPatient Population: 20 minute medication appointments and 1 hour psychiatric evaluation appointments.Salary Details: base pay is 150k with extremely attractive quarterly bonuses.
