Family Practice-Without OB opening in Phoenix, Arizona. New: Primary Care Opportunities in Arizona - Great Location Outpatient only. We have 14 clinics in our group and 51 providers in our entire group. No call! 100% Outpatient only! Office Hours: 8am-5pm Single specialty clinic. Patient Population: 75% Medicare, 25% commercial Patient Volume: 20-25 per day Salary Range: $180K ? 220K + Bonuses/Incentives: Production bonus available after 1 or 2 year guarantee or sooner if provider exceeds wRVU threshold prior to guarantee time frame and provider chooses to change to production. Benefits: Malpractice (MICA 1M/3M), Relocation ($15,000) and more listed below; Benefits begin the first of the month after the hire date.
