satisfaction our 32-Bed Medical-Surgical-Oncology-Telemetry unit,
that includes 12 monitored beds, provides unique cross-training
opportunities for both experienced and new graduate nurses within
this one unit. Outstanding teamwork with low turnover, this unit
provides nurses the opportunity to work 12 hour shifts with nurse
to patient ratios of 1:4 on days/nights with a Clinical Leader to
provide support throughout both shifts. We are seeking Registered
Nurses (RN) to coordinate, supervise and implement patient care
based on competence, professional expertise, knowledge and
evidence-based practice. The Registered Nurse is expected to
practice autonomously, consistent with professional standards,
Nurse Practice Act and hospital job description. \n \nYour success

patient-first mindset. Keen assessment skills, critical thinking,
and a sense of urgency support your career advancement and you
thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment where you will rarely
experience the same day twice. \n \n*Responsibilities:*\n \n\n*
Expect to deliver care to 4-6 patients per shift \n* Administer
medications, change dressings, monitor vital signs, and chart with
timely documentation \n* Collaborate with a variety of other
healthcare professionals such as social work, care coordination,
physical therapy, occupational therapy, lab, respiratory therapy,
and imaging\n\n\n*Qualifications*\n*Minimum:*\n\nGraduate of an
accredited school of nursing. \nAZ RN license \nAmerican Heart
Association BLS certification\n\n\n
\n*Preferred:*\n\nBSN\nProfessional certification in area of
specialty\nOne year recent acute care experience\n\n*Pay
Range*\n$32.50 - $58.90 /hour
