Responsible for regulatory compliance and maintains a safe work environment which matches appropriate resources to appropriate patient care tasks. Responsible for maintaining patient focused care as measured by patient satisfaction survey. Responsible for assuring all clinical personnel is working within their scope of practice.\n\n*Qualifications*\n*MINIMUM*\nAssociates Degree\n Completion of RN program\nThree years nursing experience\nAZ RN license.\nAmerican Heart Association BLS\n \n*PREFERRED*\nBSN\nExperience in assigned area preferred\n Office or clinic experience preferred\n \n\n*Pay Range*\n$35.28 - $51.16 /hour
