Ophthalmology opening in Phoenix, Arizona. - Full-time permanent position - Located in downtown Phoenix - 4 days in clinic and one day in surgery - Weekly surgical block time with talented and experienced staff in an excellent ASC (mostly cataracts), Glaucoma fellowship training a plus - No hospital, trauma or ER call - Emphasis on quality of care not productivity: 16-18 patients per day - Alconn euipment - Work with four MDs and 12 ODs in an environment that strives to enhance the patient experience. - Potential resident and medical student clinical teaching opportunities - Offer at a glance: Base Salary of $350,000, 20% bonus and 25k in annual stock incentives, annual merit raises Flexible work schedules with limited outpatient call requirements Sign-on bonuses/loan assistance/relocation available 401K " 5% company match opportunity Excellent benefit package that includes; Health Benefits, PTO, Holiday pay, CME, and MUCH more Physician Leadership Development Program Tuition Assistance and Reimbursement - Qualifications: Board Certification Ophthalmologist required Active/unrestricted AZ licensure required
