• Shift: Outpatient/Inpatient – Outpatient in morning for routine follow ups then rounding in the hospital in the afternoon before going on call.
  
  
• Start Date: 09/07/2020-12/31/2020
  
  
• Board Certified – Maternal Fetal Medicine
  
  
• Census: 20 patients per day
  
• EMR: Epic
  
• Must be licensed in AZ due to start date
  
• Certifications: ACLS and BLS with DEA
