Responsibilities
Terros Health is hiring a Full-Time Business Intelligence Clinical
Analyst at our Central Avenue location in Phoenix, AZ. Must be a US
Citizen or Permanent Resident Visa Status and Reside in
ArizonaBachelors required, Masters in behavioral health related
field or healthcare MBA preferredExperience working in an RBHA
funded clinical role strongly preferredExperience in healthcare
operations, analytics or quality management preferred. Full-Time:
Monday - Friday Location: Central Ave / North of Thomas Road Highly

and Generous PTO The Business Intelligence department provides key
insights into the Clinical, Operational and Financial activities of
Terros Health through the design, development, and maintenance of
metrics, data models, visualizations and reports.
- BI Clinical Analyst works within the
Business Intelligence department to provide sustainable solutions
to a variety of business needs, and works directly with clinical
stakeholders to interpret data, identify opportunities for
improvement and facilitate compliance with contractual
requirement
- BI Clinical Analyst designs and develops tools in collaboration
with the BI Developers to support clinical processes and practices
and to provide insight to the efficiency and effectiveness of
operations, quality of care, customer service and patient
outcomes
- BI Clinical Analyst serves as agency subject matter expert in
all aspects of clinical services, including contracts, standards,
program expectations, and billing
- BI Clinical Analyst implements new processes, concepts or
methods that will improve the quality of care, health outcomes and
member experiences, in collaboration with department
leadership
- BI Clinical Analyst works collaboratively with department and
agency leadership to review and improve population health metrics
in alignment with the Terros Health Strategic Initiatives
- BI Clinical Analyst is responsible for all reporting and weekly
and/or monthly deliverables ensuring timely submission to
stakeholders and payers
- BI Clinical Analyst establishes and monitors data elements for
departmental success.
- BI Clinical Analyst acts as the department's subject matter
expert in collection, interpretation, and use of data and leads the
department in data driven service delivery.
- BI Clinical Analyst evaluates the department's progress in
relation to value-based contract metrics and makes recommendations
for improvement.
- BI Clinical Analyst represents Terros Health at Guarantor
meetings and participates on related workgroups and committees
- BI Clinical Analyst participates in agency workgroups related
to process improvement in data collection and utilization,
electronic health record development, and program evaluation.
- BI Clinical Analyst establishes, analyzes, and monitors data
elements including, but not limited to: revenue/profitability,
production, staffing, clinical outcomes, and contractual metrics,
for departmental success
- BI Clinical Analyst oversees and tracks quality management and
quality assurance for Terros programs.
- BI Clinical Analyst is responsible for quality monitoring
responses to Guarantor and Evaluator inquiries, such as root cause
analyses and quality of care concerns.
- BI Clinical Analyst oversees and tracks performance improvement
plan and corrective action plan compilation, submissions, and
monitoring adherence
- BI Clinical Analyst promotes lean strategies to ensure
effective and efficient clinical operations.
- BI Clinical Analyst serves as project manager for various
initiatives, as determined by Director of Business Intelligence and

Qualifications
- Bachelors required, Masters in behavioral health related field
or healthcare MBA preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years' of experience; Education and/or
experience may run concurrently
- Experience working in an RBHA funded clinical role strongly
preferred
- Experience in healthcare operations, analytics or quality
management preferred.
- Must have valid Arizona driver's license, be 21 years of age
with minimum 4 years driving experience, and meet requirements of
Terros Health's driving policy
- Must have a valid Arizona Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance card or
apply for one within 7 working days of assuming role (HR will
assist with the process.)
- Must pass a TB TestPhysical demands of this position are
