*Position Title* - Family Nurse Practitioner*Hours *- Monday-Friday 8:30 am - 7:30 pm with 60 min lunchSaturday: 9-5:30 pm with 30 min lunchSunday: 9-4:30 pm with 30 min lunch*Additional Info* - 65 hrs in a 2 2-week period - 3 days one week, 4 days the next with every other weekend commitment*Sample*: Week 1: Monday/Tuesday/Friday/SaturdayWeek 2: Sunday/Wednesday/Thursday*Pay *- 65.58/hr.*Location *- Phoenix AZ USA 85109*Position Details: ** The Family Nurse Practitioner will document all findings in subject specific source documents* The Family Nurse Practitioner provides ongoing assessment of the study subject/patient to identify Adverse Events* The Family Nurse Practitioner ensures proper documentation and reporting of all Adverse Events and Serious Adverse Events*Position Requirements: ** Master's Degree level Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Certification and State of Employment license to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse role required.* Prior clinical trials work experience (preferably within past seven years)* Must be a Family Nurse Practitioner / FNP* Minimum of two years of medically-relevant experience or equivalent#INDTMSJob Type: ContractPay: $65.58 per hourStandard shift:* Day shiftWeekly schedule:* Monday to Friday* Weekend availabilityApplication Question(s):* Do you have Master's degree in Family Nurse Practitioner* Do you have current National Board Employment license* How many clinical trial experience do you have?License/Certification:* BLS Certification (Preferred)Work Location: One location
