providing quality healthcare to each patient in adherence with all

Current RN licensure with the State
Board of Nursing in the state of Arizona1 year of experience as an
RN in the last 3 years in a supervised settingCurrent CPR card(live
demonstration only)Fingerprint clearance cardProof of current
TB/PPD or chest X-Ray within -the last 12 monthsProof of current
physical completed within the last 12 monthsArticle 9
certificationIn compliance with state and federal regulations,
