impact.Positions in this function are responsible for providing
administrative supports to multiple Clinical Team Advisors within a
region. The purpose of this role is to perform administrative
tasks, coordinate activities and processes to support HouseCalls
field practitioners. The -Clinical Administrative Coordinator
-reports to the Director (DCO).This position is full-time (40
hours/week) Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have
flexibility to work any of our 8 hour shift schedules during our
normal business hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm (dependent of time zone of
assigned Clinical Advisor).Training will be conducted virtually
from your home.*All Telecommuters will be required to adhere to
UnitedHealth Group's Telecommuter Policy.Primary
Responsibilities:
Coordinate activities and operations
to secure efficiency and compliance to company policyPrepare and
submit regularly schedule reports as assigned, including reports
requested within deadlineOrganize travel and accommodations for
leadership as needed/requiredProviding administrative support to
market/regionMaintain Contact and Distribution ListsHost,
coordinate and schedule Clinical meetings and trainingsSubmit and
reconcile Expense ReportsPlace and expedite supply ordersMaintain
Professional and Technical knowledge by attending educational
workshops and Bi-Weekly Team meetingsActs as a Market SME (Subject
Matter Expert)Proactively identify solutions to non-standard
requestsHandle sensitive information in a confidential mannerReply
to emails, jabber, telephone and face to face inquires in a timely
and professional mannerMaintain up to date market holiday and PTO
recordsTrack expiration of clinical staff credentials and licenses
and conduct file audits of all outstanding documentsCoordinate
logistics of orientation of new clinical staffMonitor daily symptom
tracker survey and follow up with any missing surveys or reported
symptomsObtain team metrics monthly and review with CTMFormat and
send weekly agenda to the fieldResponsible for the asset recovery
processTrack incentives for field staff and provide to CTMMonitor
Learnsource completion and report delinquencies to the CTMMeet the
performance goals established for the position.This is high volume,
administrative support environment. You'll need to be efficient,
productive and thorough dealing with our members over the phone.
You also must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes

High School Diploma / GED (or
higher)2+ years administrative support experienceExperience with
Microsoft Word(create, edit, save documents), Microsoft Excel
(create, edit, save spreadsheet) and Microsoft Outlook (email and
calendar management)Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working within the health
care IndustryKnowledge of medical terminologyExperience working in
a call centerTelecommuting Requirements:

residents is $16.00 - $26.88. The salary range for Connecticut /
Nevada residents is $16.83 - $29.66. -Pay is based on several
factors including but not limited to education, work experience,
