Supplemental Health Care is currently hiring Registered Nurses with previous OASIS experience for Home Health contracts in Phoenix, Arizona and the surrounding areas.Home Health RN Contract Details:
- Estimated pay between $1950 - $2150 per week

• SHC Home Health Nurses are paid by the hour, not by the visit
• Travel and mileage reimbursement available on all contracts
• Nurse will have a designated territory of coverage
• Most home health contracts do require some on-call
• Weekly expectation is 30 units of productivity

    Requirements:
    • 
      OASIS/Medicare Certified Visits Experience
    • Electronic Charting experience
    • Minimum of 1 year recent home health nursing experience (private duty does not qualify)
    • Most contracts require some on-call
    • Current Arizona RN License
    • American Heart Association BLS
    • Valid U.S. Driver's License
