New: Neurology Opportunity in Arizona - Great Location!! This neurologist would complement an existing neurologist that we have within our group, currently not taking any new patients. Also, one of the independent neurologists is leaving the community. Multi-specialty clinic (neurology, neurosurgery and physiatry. Three physicians and two mid-level providers currently in this clinic. We have 14 clinics in our group and 51 providers in our entire group. 1 in 4 weekends. Self-call on weeknights. Vacations covered by community doctors. Office Hours: 8am-5pm Multi specialty clinic. Patient Population: 75% Medicare, 25% commercial Patient Volume: 15 per day Salary Range: Base is $250,000 (negotiable), production model, $52.41/wRVU, 5053.2 annual wRVU threshold. 1 or 2 year guarantee. Bonuses/Incentives: Production bonus available after 1 or 2 year guarantee or sooner if provider exceeds wRVU threshold prior to guarantee time frame and provider chooses to change to production. Benefits: Malpractice (MICA 1M/3M), Relocation ($15,000) and more listed below; Benefits begin the first of the month after the hire date. If the hire date is on the first of the month they begin on that date. City has four mild seasons and is 1.5 hours to Phoenix and a 4 hour drive to Las Vegas. This mountain area is beautiful with tall pines and gorgeous scenery. It is a great place to raise a family, with many outdoor activities and excellent schools. There is little traffic and a low crime rate. City has 3 colleges!
