• Active Nursing License: Arizona or Compact
• 1+ year experience and confidence with the following:
  • ICU / CCU / LTAC /Med Surg
  • Ventilators
  • Tracheotomy
  • Central Lines
  • Multiple/Critical Drips
  • Must have BLS (AHA only)
