Transformation (DRR & LFI Readiness)Location:CityScapeWhat you'll
do:This Credit Administration Senior Director will work with each
Line of Business, Credit Administration, Enterprise Risk Management
and executive management to provide and oversee the Company's
credit and lending transformation related to Dual Risk Rating and
LFI Readiness. . Working closely with the Head of Credit Standards
and Head of Credit Reporting, responsible for contributing to the
vision and strategic direction of the entire credit & lending
product suite related to LFI Readiness. A key component of this
role will be responsibility for leading the Company's Dual Risk
Rating initiative in connection with overall LFI Readiness.
Additionally, this role will use critical skillsets and experience
that include end to end product discovery and delivery, integration
with credit and lending processes and systems, data driven decision
making, change management functionality for the credit and lending
teams, and ability to remove barriers and empowering team
members.What we are looking for:
- Responsible for transformation of credit processes, including
all credit & lending products, related to LFI Readiness, including
DRR.
- Performs market research to monitor trends and make relevant
recommendations for product suite and pricing strategy.
- Create and oversee implementation of the Bank's strategic
credit plans related to LFI Readiness and DRR.
- Coordinate effort with Credit Administration and the LOBs to
develop business cases, obtain approvals, monitor results and
effectiveness of service delivery, and perform ongoing analysis as
required.---
- Develop and distribute appropriate communications and
performance reporting to stakeholders and management.
- Responsible for all change management activities and
communications related to credit-related LFI Readiness and
DRR.
- Develop and apply understanding of performance, revenue, cost
drivers, and opportunities for improvement.
- Coordination of integration of credit processes and technology
related to LFI Readiness and DRR.
- Subject Matter Expert with respect to LFI banking regulations
and regulatory compliance changes.Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree is required or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience within Banking or in Financial
Services, or Financial Technology industry experience is
required
- Direct project management experience with credit and lending
solutions required.
- 10+ years of direct team management experience preferred
- Conceptual / strategic aptitude required
- Prior experience in developing and launching new initiatives,
strongly preferred
- Experience working with innovative and emerging technology and
understanding of its current/potential impact on the traditional
banking space strongly preferred
- Experience with vendor management required
- Experience with CreditLens, FIS and Fiserv systems not
required, but strongly preferred
- Excellent analytical, organizational, communication,
presentation, project management, and collaborative skills
required
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel,
Outlook, Powerpoint, Intermediate to advanced knowledge of general
banking operations, including deposit operations, loan
administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking
products and services.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of applicable regulatory and
legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry
standards and practices.
- Advanced knowledge of banking products, including treasury
management, credit cards, as well as pricing dynamics. Market
specific awareness.
- Intermediate to advanced experience with Project Management
Methodology including new product launches, road mapping, business
