Mission/DescriptionThe CS Quality and Excellence for the Intel CT &
US Region is part of the Customer Support organization. The team
support all local US sites operationally and the Intel sites WW for
customer quality engagement. The Quality & Excellence team is
responsible to define and drive the quality improvement roadmap for
the US region and in alignment with Intel. The team consists of 4
main pillars to enable driving Quality as an operations:Customer
Quality - [Intel Customer Team] - The customer quality managers
secure progress and communication of quality incidents (tactical)
and quality programs (strategic). They are also responsible to
share customer's voice internal at local sites and towards upstream
solution providers.Service Quality Engineering - [Regional]-
Support local operations to address quality hits captured in the
daily disturbance review meetings.Service Quality Excellence -
[Regional] - Drive quality programs; internal and ISO audit,
Quality training, craftmanship, New Machine Quality, etc.Logistics
Quality - [Regional] - Focus on material return quality,
inspections, stock purge, tool calibrations & certificationThe
CS&S Service Quality Excellence DOA Program Manager is part of
the Service Quality Excellence team. (DOA = Dead on Arrival) As DOA
Program manager you are responsible to secure a DOA reduction
roadmap for EUV, DUV and APPS products based on following
activities:Closely collaborate with the Quality Engineers, Customer
Quality Managers and the Logistics Quality team to:Understand the
landscape of DOAs happening at customer sites & in ASML
warehousesIdentify common denominators for DOAs and define
priorities based on internal and external impactDefine improvement
opportunities to reduce DOAs and DOA impact in Field
OperationsDefine support requests towards headquartersSetup and
maintain an aligned DOA goal:Align with ASML headquarters on
targets/KPIsDefine leading KPIs for DOA program within teamSupport
customer communication with Customer Quality Managers:Closely
collaborate to strategy on updates towards Intel and Micron
regarding DOA reduction roadmaps and progressSupport other customer
teams with US based data on DOA performanceSupport driving the
quality mindset & training within US region:Define and drive
activities to increase the CS engineers awareness/mindset required
to avoid operational induced DOAsSupport the definition and push
the needs for Quality training regarding material handlingPerforms
other duties as assigned or requiredEducational and
ExperienceBachelor/Master's degree with extensive years of relevant
experienceExperience in the semiconductor industryExperience in
Professional Field Service OperationsPeople leadership
experienceExperience in Quality management aspects within a high
tech business to business environmentAPPS, EUV and/or DUV
