  • We encourage a human centered culture that honors the unique potential and dignity of every person.POSITION SUMMARY: The Senior Manager, Learning (Business Partner) will play a pivotal role in supporting sales organization as they navigate aligning business priorities with people priorities.--This position involves collaborating with key senior leaders and being the strategic learning partner by advising on appropriate learning solutions that build the requisite knowledge and skills to support strategic business objectives.PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:--
    • Serve as a business partner to leadership, to understand sales organization priorities and learning needs and objectives. Ensure learning projects align with business needs by collaborating with leaders and the broader learning team to determine prioritization and direction of requested work.
    • Leverage learning expertise to help leaders identify the best learning solutions to meet their priority needs and deliver high-quality learning solutions for a variety of audiences.
    • Work with design & development team to establish learning objectives, define project scope and deliver learning proposal to the business. Ensure priorities across broader organization and within each vertical organization.
    • Provide effective communication to leaders, colleagues, and internal business customers at all levels regarding the expectations, progress, and outcomes of learning projects.
    • Responsible for measuring and demonstrating project success by ensuring alignment with learning objectives, proposal and agreed upon KPIs.
    • Serve as liaison to key business areas where learning may not be centrally managed to ensure consistent, effective delivery for critical talent populations.
    • Leverage the Learning Management System (LMS), knowledge management platforms, and other systems and technology to ensure learning is accessible for all and tracked appropriately.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, concepts and techniques to ensure that up to date learning recommendations are available to support the business.
    • Manages sensitive and/or confidential data appropriately.
    • Travel by air, car, or other modes of transportation may be required up to 25% of the time.
    • Performs other job-related duties as assigned or apparent.QUALIFICATIONS:--
      • Demonstrated experience in relationship-building and consulting with leaders, including identifying needs, developing action plans, identifying deliverables, and presenting results/recommendations to achieve business priorities.
      • Demonstrated ability to interact easily with all levels within the organization; high level of collaboration and influence.
      • Demonstrated understanding of adult learning principles and instructional system development and the ability to apply them to technical and conceptual content.
      • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage large projects from conception through design and development, implementation, and evaluation.
      • Experience breaking down complex processes and identifying key pain points to deliver business improvements.
      • High degree of organization and ability to manage multiple competing projects and priorities simultaneously; demonstrated excellence in effective planning, delegation, and decision-making.
      • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
      • Demonstrates a sense of urgency to overcome obstacles and achieve measurable results; resourceful and driven.
      • Superior ability to deliver results in a highly matrixed organization.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:--
        • 7 years of progressive experience in learning development, instructional design, or training delivery/facilitation experience.
