• Relocation paidJob DetailsJob Details:We are searching for a dynamic and experienced Permanent QC Manager Data Center in the Construction industry. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, challenging environment and has a passion for quality control and data center construction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of quality control in our data center construction projects. This includes planning, coordinating, and directing quality control programs designed to ensure continuous production of products consistent with established standards. The candidate will also be responsible for the implementation of QC processes and the management of QC teams, ensuring that all aspects of the construction process meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and manage the quality control processes within the data center construction projects.
  • Coordinate and supervise the QC teams, ensuring all tasks are performed accurately and on time.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to identify potential quality issues and devise solutions.
  • Monitor the performance of the quality control system and make necessary adjustments to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Prepare and present quality reports and performance metrics to management.
  • Ensure all team members are trained on quality control procedures and standards.
  • Manage and resolve any issues or problems related to quality control in the data center construction projects.Qualifications:
    • Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a QC Manager, QC Data Center, Data Center Construction, or Construction Quality Control.
    • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
    • Strong knowledge of quality control standards and methodologies in the construction industry.
    • Excellent understanding of data center construction processes.
    • Proven experience in managing and leading quality control teams.
    • Exceptional problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong organizational and project management skills.
    • Proficient in using quality control software and other related tools.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
