Vaco is seeking a VP of Finance to join our client that's in the construction industry and has a strong reputation in the southwest.   • Serve as point person by leading accounting and FP&A
  • Cash management, forecasting and analysis
  • Work strategically and be able to see the big picture but comfortable rolling up your sleeves and being hands on
  • Managing a team up to 5 people What You Will Have:
    • Bachelor's Degree
    • Construction industry experience highly preferred
    • Larger company experience highly preferred
    • Strong leadership presence and operational mindset required
    • CPA is a huge plus
    • Public accounting experience a plus but not required
