Job Description:
Job DescriptionThe Executive Director of Client Requirements is
responsible for creating and implementing Requirements Center of
Excellence (CoE). The Requirements CoE will build the strategy for
how we gather, define, and store client pharmacy benefit
requirements across Health Plan, and Employer Commercial segments.
Pharmacy benefit requirements include but are not limited to
eligibility, clinical, benefits, specialty, accumulations, client
reports. The Executive Director will build the CoE Team that
defines and maintains requirements gathering process documents,
requirements templates, and standards. The Executive Director will
partner with Senior Leaders across our Product and Adjudication
Solutions teams to enhance the requirements process as new pharmacy
products and adjudication capabilities are rolled out to our
clients. The Executive Director will partner with our Automation
leader to ensure requirements can be digitally processed to drive
automated pharmacy benefit plan build activities. The Executive
Director will partner with our Digital team to create an online
experience for clients to manage requirements via self-servicePay
RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum:
131,500Maximum: 289,300Please keep in mind that this range
represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within
which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into
account a wide range of factors, including location.Required
Qualifications* 10-15 years of proven leadership experience,
leading leaders, in a matrix environment.* 10 years of requirements
experience, building and defining requirements standards, and
leading a requirements team.* 10 years of healthcare experience, or
related industry, working in a multi-faceted operation, building
and maintaining client relationships.* 10 years of driving metrics
