• Many More!Job DetailsWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial HVAC Project Manager to join our team in the construction industry. This position will play a pivotal role in leading and managing the HVAC installations and upgrades for various commercial projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HVAC projects, from initial planning and budgeting, through to execution and final project closeout. This role requires an individual with a strong background in HVAC, construction estimating, project budgets, submittals, buy-out, HVAC commissioning, and project closeout. Responsibilities:1. Oversee and manage all aspects of HVAC projects from inception to completion.2. Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within allocated budget.3. Coordinate with other team members and departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible.4. Prepare and submit project submittals, ensuring all necessary approvals are obtained.5. Conduct buy-out process, negotiating contracts and prices with subcontractors and suppliers.6. Oversee the HVAC commissioning process, ensuring that all systems are functioning correctly and efficiently.7. Handle project closeout, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and submitted.8. Maintain constant communication with clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or issues that arise.9. Implement and manage changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved.10. Produce accurate and timely reports that meet the needs of the client and upper management.Qualifications:1. A minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar role in the construction industry.2. Proven experience in managing commercial HVAC projects.3. Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems, construction estimating, project budgets, submittals, buy-out, HVAC commissioning, and project closeout.4. Exceptional leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.6. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.7. Proficient in using project management software and tools.8. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.9. A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.10.
