RESPONSIBILITIES OF AN ASSISTANT PROGRAM DIRECTOR OF CHILDCARE - EARLY LEARNING:

• Assist in supervising and overseeing childcare staff and all operations of the childcare department
• Assists in the marketing and distribution of program information, giving tours to prospective families and supporting community events.
• Ensures programs and staff adhere to AZ Department of Health Services Childcare Facility Licensing and Department of Economic Services regulations, standards and processes. *This is not an exhaustive list of job duties. Other duties, responsibilities and activities may be assigned.
  
  REQUIREMENTS TO BE AN ASSISTANT PROGRAM DIRECTOR OF CHILDCARE - EARLY LEARNING:
  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
  • YMCA Leader Certification (or attain within 90 days)
  • One to two years related experience preferred.
  • Minimum age of 21.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Clear or acceptable Motor Vehicle Record that meets YMCA standards.
  • Ability to pass a drug screening.
  • Ability to relate effectively to diverse groups of people from all social and economic segments of the community. FULL TIME BENEFITS:
