The Gig---
As an Installation Project Manager, you will oversee all
installations of NCS carwash equipment, while coordinating and
completing customer walkthroughs. Successful candidates will
possess the ability to supervise effectively at all levels & with a
variety of personalities.
What You'll Do---
- Build scopes of work for installers and subcontractors
- Manages all contracts associated with 3rd party
installations
- Establish project timelines that detail milestones in the
installation process
- Provide real-time installation control documents in an
electronic format that will be visible to both customer and NCS
staff
- Building rapport with customers and GC's and maintaining
customer satisfaction throughout the installation process
- Manage and inspect the quality of work that is performed by
subcontractors and employee installation technicians
- Work closely with the production team, as well as all other
company team members
- Ensure that your teams maintain a professional, clean and
organized job site
- Oversee worker productivity & compliance with building/safety
codes and quality built
- Establish good working relationships with a variety of people,
including upper management, sales, trades, vendors & customers
- Budget time, multi-task & prioritize in order to meet
established goals & deadlines
- Be flexible & work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Be decisive & work well under pressure when faced with
unexpected situations, or delays
- Analyze & resolve problems
- Coordinate and complete customer walkthroughs
- Carry out the directives of the company in a professional and
timely manner
- Comply with all applicable OSHA, EPA, local regulatory laws,
and company safety policies

- Management retains the discretion to add or change the duties
of this position at any time
- Attend and actively participate in multiple weekly meetings -
most via teleconference Physical Requirements:
- Must stoop, bend, reach, walk; perform repetitive motions using
hands to grasp, push, pull or do fine manipulations
- Required to stand for prolonged periods
- The ability to lift up to 50lbs. is required, with the ability
to occasionally lift up to 75lbs., preferred
- May perform duties requiring employee to intermittently bend
and twist
- Be available and able to travel as much as 60% of the time What
You Need---
- Bachelor's degree in related field is preferred
- 3-5 years of construction preferred
- Must be willing to travel on an regular basis, as needed, as
much as 60% of your work time
- Experience scheduling and supervising company and 3rd party
installers / vendors
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to read equipment drawings and print sets to guide
installers and subcontractors
- Success in working with 3rd party vendors to coordinate order
and delivery of needed components
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
Suite, Google Suite and project management software. Procore
experience a plus
- Experience with Salesforce and Smartsheet'sis preferred
- Proven track record of effectively communicating with and
interacting with customers, trades, employee installation
technicians and sales agents
- Ability to manage, as well as inspect the quality of the jobs
performed by subcontractors and employee installation technicians
and hold them accountable
- Strong time management skills, along with multi-tasking,
prioritizing and problem-solving capabilities
- Deliver great customer service and high-quality installations
through your assigned install teams
- For qualification to drive a company vehicle:
- Must have a valid driver's license and good driving
record.
- Driving record with no more than two (2) moving violations
within the past 5 years; no preventable, at-fault accidents within
the past 5 years
- No impaired driving convictions, pending charges, or test
refusals within the past 5 years Position Salary Range: $100,000 -
$110,000
Starting Pay: Based on experience and education
