We're a real estate owner, builder and operator in the high end/luxury multifamily market. We operate nationwide with several divisions throughout the nation. We are looking to add a Project Manager to our growing team out of Phoenix, AZ. You should have experience working on large multifamily/mixed use projects, purchasing and estimating experience.

  We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Project Manager to join our team in the Construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Multifamily Construction and possess excellent skills in estimating and purchasing. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of multifamily projects from start to finish, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  
  Responsibilities:
  • Manage the construction of multifamily projects from start to finish, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that all project requirements are met.
  • Manage the procurement process for materials and equipment, ensuring that all materials are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying any issues or delays and taking corrective action as necessary.
  • Ensure that all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Manage project budgets, ensuring that all costs are tracked and controlled.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders. Qualifications:
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Multifamily Construction.
    • Excellent skills in estimating and purchasing.
    • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
    • Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards.
    • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
