Job DescriptionCVS Health, a Fortune 4 company, has an exciting opportunity for a Lead Director, Financial Operations This position has responsibility for management of the Client Financial Experience. Leadership responsibilities include all aspects of: -Client billing-Client receivables-Client payments. This position is responsible for driving initiatives to improve cash flow, managing risk, providing customer credit solutions, negotiating optimal client financial terms, defining financial policy, implementing sound performance metrics, and ensuring a solid audit control environment.Required Qualifications-10+ years of experience in financial and/or service operations -5+ years of experience in leadership roles-Experience in SOX ControlsCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
