highly motivated, organized and self-driven Senior Project
Managertojoin our growing internal IT team and help us evolve our
project delivery capability. We''re looking for someone who is
passionate about collaboration and customer service, is an
excellent communicator, and can balance the multiple demands of a
fast-growing company. The Senior Project Manager will serve as a
key leader within internal project delivery responsible for
defining and managing quality of deliverables, managing
communications, project plans, budget, escalation process, and
change control.This position is available on a REMOTE basis in the
United States or REMOTE in Canada (Alberta, British Columbia,
Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Prince
Edward Island, Saskatchewan).A Day in the LifeLead and manage
successful delivery of internal IT projects and related workDefine
project scope, goals and deliverables that support internal
business goalsProject planning, execution and communication, issue
and risk management, stakeholder managementProvide excellent
service and build ongoing relationships with internal
clientsDevelop and deliver project activities including scheduling,
resourcing, backlog management, and proposal developmentManage team
activities and project dependencies to ensure on time project
deliverablesOrganize and facilitate steering committee meetings,
project planning meetings, and recurring team
meetings/stand-upsPlan and schedule work and negotiating resolution
to resourcing conflictsWork collaboratively with project teams and
internal clientsManage sprints and lead Scrum planning sessions
such as sprint planning, sprint reviews, sprint retrospectives, and
daily stand-up meetingsPreferred QualificationsBachelors degree in
Information Technology, Business, Computer Science or related
field5+ years of direct work experience in a project management
capacity including all aspects of process development and project
lifecycle execution ( Required )Experience leading a variety of
project types within IT (app development, infrastructure changes,
system implementations, etc.) ( Required )Strong technical aptitude
and excellent communication skills ( Required )Experience with
Microsoft technologies (Azure, Azure DevOps, Dynamics 365,
Microsoft 365, etc.)Experience with Scrum/Agile methodologyPMP or
CAPM certifiedAbility to work primarily independently and
concurrently manage multiple projectsPrior experience as a Business
Analyst mapping as-is/to-be processes and scoping
requirementsAbility to communicate effectively in both spoken and
written EnglishTravel Required: Incumbent is expected to
periodically meet with client teams across the United States and
will be asked to attend industry events from time to time.Health
