This Associate is responsible for leading an implementations team whose purpose is to deliver high quality, predictable solutions to our most complex clients. You will focus on installing and exceeding our implementation standards and procedures throughout your team as well as your functional area partners. As a leader of a matrixed environment, you will be expected to partner with senior leaders throughout the business to achieve a vision of growth and consistency in every aspect of our implementation process. You will serve as a strategic partner and point of escalation to your peers as well as our clients. This role will collaborate with all senior leaders across all lines of business including Product, IT, Sales, and Account Management as well as directly with our clients to ensure service expectations are being achieved year over year.The implementations organization prides itself on accountability, and this leader will need to uphold that accountability across all parties every single day through their good interpersonal skills, relentless resourcefulness, strategic vision, and dedication to this role you will: Install and confirm standard methodologies across internal functional areas Identify process improvement opportunities by providing proactive, strategic solutions Frequent review of KPI's and developing action plans for managers and contributors based off key metrics Serve as an escalation point internally and with clients to mitigate risk, resolve issues, and develop key decisions Lead key annual initiatives such as standards enhancements, training development, process improvement, etc. Interact and report to other senior leaders within the organization Manage resource allocations across your organization to ensure predictable outcomes Mentor and guide your organization in adherence to standard methodologies, developing critical thinking skills, and effective communication strategiesYour critical communication to both client and internal leadership and on the status and overall quality of all strategic implementations will be imperative. Proactive planning, effective communication, coordination and project management of select organizational initiatives, leadership team agenda development, action plan tracking and follow-up, will be essential to your success. Finally, you will ensure interpersonal processes are optimally aligned and coordinated between and among groups and projects.
