Vestra Health, LLC is a mobile healthcare service organization that is changing the way healthcare is provided to the patient. Vestra will service the healthcare needs of patients in the comforts of their own homes or workplace and will work in conjunction with the patient's physicians to provide superior healthcare and diagnostic testing. The company offers a wide range of services from blood draws and EKGs to cancer treatments. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for designing and implementing a plan to set up IDTF. Responsible for the development of all aspects of the project implementation process. Responsible for ensuring compliance and licensing with IDTF, guidelines, and standards. Responsible for establishing communication channels with everyone involved, i.e., vendors, suppliers, and regulatory agencies. Provide a detailed budget ensuring adherence to project milestones, deadlines and budget constraints. Stay up to date with industry planning and execution. Responsible for the accuracy of up-to-date documentation processes, plans, and status updates. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Project Management) or equivalent experience. Proven experience as a Project Manager in home health arena (preferably with IDTF experience). Strong knowledge of IDTF regulations, guidelines, and compliance requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in project management tools and software.
