Moss Adams is looking for a Change Manager who can lead
organizational change management efforts on key initiatives within
strategic areas of the firm. We are looking for someone with
professional change management skills, proven experience, and
exemplary communication. This role will be part of the firm's
Change Management team aligned with our Business Transformation
group, and will work in close partnership with internal clients,
including leaders within our service lines of business and
functional departments.
As a Change Manager, you will develop change management plans for
key initiatives, working closely with the Change Management Senior
Manager, project sponsors, project teams, and other stakeholders
throughout the firm. You will also be part of the firm's change
community of practice supporting the development of change
capability across the organization.

Responsibilities:
Effectively manage multiple streams of work in close partnership
with internal clients (e.g., service line and/or functional
leadership), project teams, and other stakeholders
Apply structured change methodologies that integrate with project
and program management to create strategies that support adoption
of the changes required by a project or initiative
Conduct diagnostic change activities, including discovery,
stakeholder analysis, and impact assessments; Provide
observation/assessment summary and recommendations
Participate in developing change management plans, including
appropriate change interventions based on the level and complexity
of the impact, identifying and managing anticipated resistance to
change, communications relevant to change initiatives, and defining
success metrics
Support ongoing integration of changes that have been implemented
focusing on sustainability and performance measurement
Develop, track, and communicate project status as it relates to
change management activities including progress against timelines,
risks, etc.
Collaborate with Internal Communications, Learning & Development,
and others to align and optimize change strategies and
execution
Serve as a change champion by inspiring project leaders and
stakeholders to be change enthusiasts
Provide coaching and internal change consulting to project sponsors
and teams
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; emphasis in
business, change management, organizational design, human
resources, learning, or a related field preferred
Minimum of 5 years of change management or related experience in a
complex organization required; including demonstrated experience
with applied knowledge of contemporary change methodologies and
facilitation techniques
Proven track record of leading through influence, building
long-term relationships, and confidence in building vision,
roadmaps, budgets, priorities and objectives
Strong executive presence and demonstrated leadership skills, good
judgment, and ability to effectively interface with employees and
leaders at all levels within the firm
Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the
ability to articulate complex issues to stakeholders, leaders, and
partners
Ability to collaborate and work effectively across functions and
teams while building trusted relationships and positively
influencing others
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to
think critically, identify creative solutions, and resolve
conflicts
Proficient at developing and delivering leader-facing presentations
(e.g., fluency in PowerPoint)
Professional certification preferred (CCMP/PROSCI, PMP, PHR)
Ability to travel as needed, up to 5%

of pay for the position; however, actual pay may vary based on
experience, skillset, and location. This position may be eligible
