Title of Position - Kitchen Manager
Job Description: Our Kitchen Manager must have passion and dedication for the culinary arts, and share their experience and enthusiasm with the rest of the team. The person in this position must be able to hire and develop a staff of remarkable chefs, leading by example. The Kitchen Manager will need to coach and mentor the team towards a common goal by fostering teamwork and high levels of morale along the way. The Kitchen Manager is responsible for food and beverage cost control including inventory and an understanding of P&L reports.
