What you will be doing: In this role, the Senior Director of Human Resources & Organizational Development will -help lead and develop a plan for staffing and talent strategy, internal communication processes, performance management, and leadership & professional development. This position focuses on initiatives promoting talent development, team member engagement, change management, performance and compensation management, employee retention, succession planning, company culture, and securing cross-functional/cross-organizational alignment through leadership of the Strategy Deployment program. - What we are looking for: The incumbent must be a collaborative leader, able to build consensus amongst leadership and employees. Other requirements include:

• Bachelor's degree (B. A. or B.S.) from four-year College or university in a relevant field is required. -
• Graduate degree in OD, HR, Industrial & Organizational Psychology, Education, MBA, or other related field is preferred. -
• SPHR, SHRM-SCP, or other-related professional certifications are preferred. -
• Three to five years related experience within a manufacturing environment and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• Spanish as a second language is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to flex and establish balance between tactical and strategic priorities.
• Demonstrated success with getting results and adding organizational value in a fast-pace, change-oriented environment.
