Get to Know the Opportunity:

Technical resource with strong development skills and experience who can be a key resource on our master data management team working on highly visible, complex and critical business data priorities. Sets direction and guides teammates through complex requirements, procedures, and processes to optimize system performance and efficiencies, balancing technical and organizational goals.

Please Note: Work location for this role is FLEXIBLE! This position allows 100% remote work from home or allows work to be performed in any of our major office locations with a hybrid schedule.

The Contributions You'll Make:

* Serves as the highest level technical expert, resolving problems of systems integration, compatibility, performance potentially across multiple platforms; provides feasibility analysis on potential projects.
* Builds our master data management platform and processes to improve business processes and in alignment/support of critical business strategies.
* Facilitates continues process improvements within team.
* Determines organizational impact of design and functional changes and develops overall strategy to address them.
* Integrates activities with business units and collaborates to ensure project costs and schedules are properly estimated and controlled.
* Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Knowledge & Experience:

* Eight + years of software engineering and development, including five years with Java development (Java based MDM platform).
* Knowledge of and experience with master data management
* Strong desire to be n the data and data management discipline
* Significant experience in large-scale integrated online RDBMSs across multiple hardware and software platforms.
* Significant experience across multiple platforms/technologies including mainframe, OO programming experience, including Java and C++.
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering or a directly related field

Preferred Knowledge & Experience:

* Master's Degree preferred.
* While prior MDM dev experience is preferred, we are willing to consider someone with exceptional Java development skills who has an interest in learning the Master Data Management discipline.
* TIBCO MDM experience or experience with other MDM platforms (IBM, SAP, Informatica, etc.) would be nice to have

Compensation Pay Disclosure:

Voya is committed to pay that's fair and equitable, which means comparable pay for comparable roles and responsibilities.

The below annual base salary range reflects the expected hiring range(s) for this position in the location(s) listed. In addition to base salary, Voya offers incentive opportunities (i.e., annual cash incentives, sales incentives, and/or long-term incentives) based on the role to reward the achievement of annual performance objectives. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Voya Financial is willing to pay at the time of this posting.

Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted salary range based upon the candidate's geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

$91,660 - $144,230 USD
