Job Description:
Manage all team members and customers within assigned remote
region.Essential Duties: Manage all team members, customers, sales,
resets, and merchandising needs within remote siteResponsible for
training all team members assigned to teamWrite work schedules for
all team membersResponsible for maintaining customer base to meet
their needsAssign coverage for resets as neededSell incremental
displays and additional merchandising coolersMaintain authorized
product mix and schematics in all customersResponsible for all
performance reviews of assigned team membersExecutes sales plan for
incremental growthResponsible for achieving objectives for product
initiatives on all branded Shamrock Farms & Dairy Maid product
lines.Attends grand openings within territoryCompletes and compiles
with all required sales reports and attends sales meetingsMaintain
shrink control objectives as assignedCommunicate all sales
objectives and information to team membersSchedules and conducts
sales meetings with team as neededManage Labor budgetsWork with HR
to understand all processes and on boardingOther duties as
required.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree preferred3+ years
experience in Direct Store Delivery and/or ManagementMust be highly
organized, detail oriented, customer responsive, and ability to
