The Senior Product Lead is a member of the Agile Product Team responsible for defining stories and prioritizing the Team backlog for their projects. This is an instrumental role in driving day to day development for the Dynamo care management application. The Senior Project Lead is accountable for consistent and timely delivery of fully tested solutions to meet the business needs.

The Product Lead is responsible for gathering requirements for system changes from business partners and documenting it in a way the scrum team can modify Dynamo to enhance the system. They will be accountable for consistent and timely delivery of fully tested solutions to meet the business needs.

Key responsibilities:
Performs analysis and translates business needs to create high-quality Business Requirements and Functional Specifications, articulated in a program backlog as Features and User Stories.

Applies specific functional and/or business expertise to perform assigned tasks and develop specific project deliverables.

Provides subject matter expertise - explaining product vision and user stories to the team to ensure requirements are understood and customer value is delivered.

Collaborates with development team to elaborate and define technical learnings into refined and prioritized backlog items that align to Iteration Objectives.

Responsible for assuring a level of quality has been achieved by validating that the Story meets acceptance criteria and has met acceptance tests. Approves stories as complete.

Responsible for building, prioritizing, monitoring/editing, and maintaining the flow of Team Backlog to ensure the delivery of the customer satisfaction and business value.

Responsible for managing one or more complex or enterprise-wide program(s) consisting of multiple projects.

Ability to communicate goals and product priorities across cross-functional teams.

Work with internal stakeholders and other Product Leads to identify opportunities for process improvements and act as an advocate for agile best practices.Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 75,400
Maximum: 162,700Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications
7+ years' experience as Product Owner, Business Analyst, Project Manager, Consulting, or IT

Familiar with agile software development methodologies and can successfully advocate for content strategy efforts around pre-planning and planning.

Ability to effectively work on teams within a highly collaborative environment

Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization (e.g., executive, management, individual contributors)

Ability to break down technical problems into business and user needs and communicate the problems and solutions across varying levels of stakeholder, technical to executive.

Strong negotiation, organizational, management, analytical and people skills

Experience building relationships with leaders across business units and functionsPreferred Qualifications
Strong critical thinker who makes balanced, insightful decisions using solutions-based thinking in problem solving, asking probing questions and looking for underlying issues

Ability to maintain working relationships with all levels of the organization
