Title:GHC - HomeSafe - HR ManagerHomeSafe Alliance is the single
global household goods movement manager for USTRANSCOM and the U.S.
Armed Forces, Department of Defense civilians, U.S. Coast Guard,
and their families.HomeSafe Alliance is seeking highly skilled and
motivated Reports Manager to support operations in the movement of
household goods.Experience and Skills:The successful candidate
should be able to demonstrate:
- Responsible for leading a team of HRBP professionals.
- Experience with Service Contract Act compliance and
administrative
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing HR team to achieve
company hiring goals
- Assist Managers with recruitment and interview process
- Experience leading an overseas labor force. (Local Labor Laws,
Immigration regulations, Travel, taxes)
- Desired skills include an advanced degree in a related field, a
certification of specialized training/experience (i.e SHRM SPHR),
previous experience with Workday, demonstrated success leveraging
HRBP strategies and tools.
- Willing to travel up to 30% of time in US.
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills, high impact
communication style.
- Demonstrated flexibility of approach and ability to work in a
multi-functional, multi-cultural team environment
- Excellent organization and project management skills
- Proven track record of influencing skills and decision making
to deliver HR support and services in a complex matrix
environment.
- Ability to get and/or obtain NAC-I and Security Clearance
- A high degree of cultural sensitivity, demonstrated ability to
work effectively with multi-cultural and business teams, preferably
within a large global business
- Contribute to the development of a culture of diversity &
inclusion where employee experience is at the center of HR service
delivery
- Ability to take initiative to complete projects
- Ability to empathize and defuse sensitive or contentious
employee issues
- Ability to prioritize workload and work under pressure in a
