If our commitment inspires you, we invite you to consider joining our team!As theVice President, Client Operationsyou will drive operational efficiency of both our Wealth Planning and Workplace businesses through oversight of our of Data, Portfolio Reconciliation, Communications Delivery, and Quality Monitoring & Risk teams. You'll play a pivotal role developing and leading a team of operations professionals with a focus on service quality, accuracy, efficiency, and risk management, setting the standard for operational process excellence.If you are strategic, a problem solver, effective at influencing others to develop, implement and improve processes to deliver high quality and efficient operations, this may be an ideal match for you!Responsibilities:

• Effectively lead teams that support Wealth Planning (retail) and Workplace (401(k)) business lines
• Oversee the Portfolio Accounting and Data Integrity teams, ensuring reconciliations and accuracy across systems for data received from custodians and recordkeepers
• Oversee Communications Delivery teams, with a focus on quality and strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
• Oversee the Quality Monitoring & Risk team, positioning Client Operations as a source of process effectiveness and improvements
• Ensure end to end operational delivery and provide detailed measures and reports as well as on-demand updates that are easily understood by a range of partners.
• Lead, empower, and develop the functional team(s) on an ongoing basis, and provide direct feedback, counsel, and mentoring to drive practices and processes and overall company performance.
• Promote and emulate an environment that reflects EFE vision and values which include dedication, inclusion and diversity, continuous improvement, and excellence in quality of work.Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration
  • 15+ years of confirmed experience, specifically leading Operations functions at a large scale, ideally coupled with strategic, business management and financial services experience
  • Demonstrated success leading and handling high functioning, multi-site operations teams; quickly establishing rapport with other leaders across the organization
  • Confident and collaborative leader; ability to influence outcomes and get the best from people, even where no direct line management responsibility exists
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle several projects simultaneously.
