Scope We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken inside sales representative to Plan, coordinate, and execute business development strategies for CGRA's cyber services team. -The inside sales representative will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. You should be able to close sales and meet targets. To be successful as an inside sales representative you should be able to build instant rapport and achieve customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
  • Direct lead generation and sales for assigned territory and industry practices
  • Develop and manage relationships with buyers of Chubb's -consulting services
  • Meet sales objectives
  • Use of Customer Relationship Management tool to track and measure sales metrics
  • Coordinate activities to enhance presence, commitment, and capabilities in the marketplace
  • Implement target industry, service, and account strategies
  • Communicate with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads
  • Understand customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities
  • Answer potential customers' questions and sending additional information
  • Keep up with product and service information and updates
  • Create and maintain a database of current and potential customers in salesforce.com
  • Explain and demonstrate features of products and services
  • Stay informed about competing products and services
  • Upsell products and services
  • Research and qualify new leads
  • Close sales and achieve sales targets Qualifications
    • Strong marketing orientation with demonstrated ability to effectively interact with decision makers
    • Experience in technical sales, preferably in a consulting environment
    • Ability to manage deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong presentation, research and analytical Skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software such as Salesforce.com
    • Accuracy, efficiency, quality and good judgment
    • Excellent oral and written presentation/communication skills
    • Bachelor's degree preferred
    • Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position preferred
    • Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask
    • Excellent phone and cold calling skills
    • Exceptional customer service skills
    • Strong listening and sales skills
