We are looking for a Product Development Project Manager who can take core product knowledge and help drive future product development. Must have strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of the bicycle industry. Project Manager Responsibilities: (But not limited to)Provides leadership and sets team goals for moderate to highly complex design projects. Schedules, sets agendas, documents, and facilitates project meetings. Tracks project schedule to ensure adherence to timelines and provides regular updates of project status.Coordinates project planning efforts for low to moderate complexity projects. Identifies critical path tasks and project risks with moderate supervision.Calculates ROI and NPV for projects with various inputs.Ensures effective communication with cross functional teams both domestic and international.Work with Operations, Quality and Suppliers to confirm delivery of conforming products.Motivates and supports cross functional teams to accomplish project objectives. Maintains focus of project team on cost, performance, and schedule.Understands the construction of BOMs.Other duties as assigned by the CINO.
