Job Description:

The Community Association Manager (CAM) is the key ambassador of RealManage. He/she will provide management, direction and leadership to ensure the daily operations of a portfolio of community associations delivers professional services and exceptional customer satisfaction in accordance with the service level agreement, and in alignment with the company's guiding principles.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, working closely with the Board of Directors, developer and/or builder, to manage and operate the community, facilitate solutions to problems, promote community harmony, enforce deed restrictions and increase value of each community.

Responsibilities:

The Experienced Community Manager is responsible for the day to day operations of up to 10 non-profit corporations. The manager must:
* Provide guidance to board members and homeowners.
* Communicate with vendors, board members, and homeowners daily.
* Attend evening board meetings, prepare weekly management reports and manage action item lists for each community.
* Perform regular site visits in order to maintain knowledge of the community while proactively overseeing the maintenance and administering compliance procedures.
* Respond to email and phone calls daily. Process homeowner requests timely and report items to the Board.
* Serve as liaison between Board, homeowners and vendors.
* Participate in company sponsored education, credentialing classes & seminars
* Plus other work related tasks as needed

Qualifications:
* Minimum of two (2) year managing Homeowner Associations (HOAs) preferred.

* Condominium experience is a plus
* Mutli Family expereince will be considered
* CAI designation(s) strongly preferred.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
* Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
* Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
