Salary Range: $75,000 to $85,000; Additionally, there is a quarterly commission potentialDESCRIPTION/JOB SUMMARYTo manage a team of Retail Mobility Sales Representatives inclusive of accountability for achieving profitable revenue growth and sales objectives established for the region, and key accountsRESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES---Manage and hold accountable the Retail Mobility Sales Representatives (RMSR) through communication and support consistent with Corporate direction and strategize to optimize the overall impact on company results---Manage all aspects of field sales operations, including generating profitable revenue which results in sales growth within the assigned region---Responsible for Key Accounts within the assigned region---Educate and train RMSRs in the areas of industry trends, competitive sales, pricing strategies, account development, referral source marketing, business presentations, and proper use of sales support, expense management and other systems---Strategic plan development and implementation while working with the RMSRs to develop accounts and referral sources as well as ensuring customer satisfaction and customer relationship development---Build strong customer relationships and manage through business meetings, product education, and demo facilitation---Communicate objectives and assist RMSRs in territory business plan development and market specific strategies for key account growth and referral source development---Proactively analyze sales activity and effort among RMSRs, ensuring that the quality and quantity of sales effort meets company expectations---Develop a strategy to continually provide competitive and product feedback to help with the ongoing development of new product, and redesign of existing product to provide better user experience and to distinguish Pride's products---Collaborate with Executive Leadership on Marketing and Product Development in developing sales strategies to improve market share in core product lines---Manage budgets for monthly expenses, sample products, sales promotions, and trade shows---Develop a strategic travel and call rotation with RMSRs to customers on a consistent basis in region including creation of strong relationships, business meetings, contract reviews, education, training, Gross Profit (GP) analysis, intel, and feedback---Ensure all RMSRs maximize use of the Client Relationship Management (CRM) system including regular and consistent entries and updates for all customers---Develop and maintain strong presentation skills on all Pride related product lines---Create and present buying agreements and sales programs to meet sales goals while ensuring proper company net gross profit margin guidelines are followed---Effectively manage samples throughout the region to ensure proper placement, Return on Investment (ROI), and rotation---Ensure compliance and advocate for Pride Mobility Products/Quantum Rehab Equal Opportunity/Affirmative develop staff based on experience and departmental goals---Develop goals and objectives, and measure outcomes to ensure goals are met---Focus on continuous improvement, and consistently demonstrate good business judgment---Develop a "Strong 2nd" for your area of responsibility---Work effectively with all Pride departments to exceed internal and external expectations---Pride retains the discretion to modify duties and/or assign other duties as necessaryREQUIRED SKILLS---Must be a team player, friendly, professional, detail-oriented, and honestMust have the ability to:---Multi-task, problem-solve, and prioritize in a fast-paced working environment---Guide, direct, and motivate staff---Demonstrate and trouble shoot product, and build strong relationships with customers (business-to-business)---Create and implement strategic business growth plans and buying agreements---Conduct product in-services and run an executive level business meeting---Create and deliver presentations in retail marketing and sales---Travel overnight, drive extensively, and fulfill after-hours requirements as business needs dictate---Travel for the company at least 50% of the time as business needs dictate---Lift/Push/Pull up to 50 lbsMust have:---Relentless drive to achieve advancement and continuous improvement---Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint---Excellent web navigation skills---Excellent training skills---Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills---Excellent relationship building capabilitiesREQUIRED EXPERIENCE---At least 5 years of business-to-business field sales experience with retail products---At least 3 years of experience managing at least 3 business-to-business field sales representativesPREFERRED EXPERIENCE---At least 3 years of business-to-business field sales experience with Durable Medical Equipment products preferred---Current or previous successful employment experience with Pride Mobility Products Corporation preferredREQUIRED EDUCATION---Associate Degree in a Business-related field OR High School Diploma or GED with at least 6 years of the required experienceREQUIRED EDUCATION---Bachelor's Degree in a Business-related field preferredREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS---Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now, or in
