Regional Asset Protection & Operations Manager (APOM)Wireless Vision, LLC - A T-Mobile Premium RetailerPosition Overview:The Regional Asset Protections & Operations Manager will support the sales leadership team in operational and brand excellence in each region, while ensuring the safety and protection of our people, stores, and assets. This position will report to the Regional Director of Sales & Operations and will have a dotted line to VP of Operations. This role will support key initiatives such as Wireless Vision's processes and operational support, reporting and analysis, and training. Additionally, will perform brand, operational and compliance audits in support of T-Mobile operational standards. Will consult onprojects designed to add value and identify potential control enhancements and process improvement opportunities. Investigating concerns/violation related to company policy, operational standards, and procedural processes that directly impact financial outcomes. Responsibilities:--- Ensures Region is compliant with T-Mobile and Wireless Vision's policies, procedures, and standards.--- Leads audit programs to minimize risk and ensure operational excellence.--- Prevent fraud through transactional review and reporting analysis.--- Proactively assessing and managing all Internal and External Investigations issues for the Region--- Support and leadership during major events (robberies, burglaries, active shooter, etc.)--- Models high standard of integrity to create trust in field employees.--- Coach and educate sales and management team through continuous training and in-store visits.--- Communicates effectively to regional team to keep updated changing operational standards.--- Build strong partnership with T-Mobile to ensure alignment of operational standards.--- Shares ideas in a compelling manner that gains commitment and buy-in from peers and employees.--- Collaborates with law enforcement during investigations of theft and fraud cases.--- Uses Analytics to conduct investigations of identified internal theft cases or violations.--- Conducts interviews with those identified as causing a loss to Wireless Vision or violating company policy.--- Quickly and decisively acts in fast-changing and unpredictable situations.--- Identifies security needs in market and proposes alternate solutions to gaps.--- Responds to and support emergency situations and effectively communicate with company leadership.--- Develops systems and programs to reduce loss and increase employee safety.--- Participate in any Market or Region meetings or conference calls providing updates and operational metric performance, and recognition.--- Support organizational operations strategies by developing tools and resources to ensure objectives are being met.--- Provide feedback to Market Manager and Director of Sales on visit observations utilizing the Wireless Vision Audit guidelines.--- Develop and conduct training based on needs of the individual store or Market.--- Review of operations reporting inventory: shipments/returns, Trade IN, Labor, Staffing, Cam usage, Discounting.--- Work closely with TMO operations on managing physical inventory process, reporting and reconciliation.--- Standardize operating best practices throughout the Region.Job Requirements:--- 2-3 years of Multi Unit Operations or Loss Prevention experience, retail preferred.--- Skilled in audit compliance, security, and workplace safety methods.--- Strong critical thinking skills.--- High School diploma/GED required; bachelor's degree preferred--- Certified in Wicklander-Zulawski Interrogation preferred--- Ability to travel up to 25%--- Demonstrated financial results in sales and multi-store management--- Aptitude to build strong advisory relationships with decision makers and influence partner thinking and action.--- Ability to execute on Wireless Vision's strategies and effectively work in cross functional teams.--- Aptitude for strong qualitative and quantitative analysis. (P&L, Cash Flow modeling) --- Advanced personnel training, coaching and development skills--- Strong knowledge of common business applications (Web browsers, Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, etc.)--- Must live in the area that you support.Wireless Vision is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer and a Drug Free Work
