Desire to manage the corporate contracts platform. Duties include
effectively negotiating legal agreements with third parties and
developing and maintaining the company's digital CMS with contract
templates and playbooks focused on complex IT software licensing,
SaaS and data analytics, insurance services and reinsurance,
managed care, commercial real estate, investments, strategic
partner, non-disclosure, and intercompany agreements.
Have a minimum of 3-5 years relevant experience, with significant
law firm and/or in-house experience; public company familiarity
preferred.
Are interested in developing expertise in state property and
casualty and workers' compensation insurance laws, and federal and
state privacy laws.
Have some prior civil litigation and/or administrative law
experience
Hold a law degree from an ABA accredited law school and are
licensed to practice law in the State of NV (or eligible for
admission as in-house counsel).
Have an entrepreneurial spirit, willing to embrace technological

Expert at contract review and negotiation
A minimum of 3-5 years relevant experience required, with a
combination of major law firm and in-house experience with a public
company strongly preferred.
Law degree from accredited law school and licensed to practice law
in the State of NV (or eligible for admission as in-house
counsel).
Excellent interpersonal skills for working across teams and
interacting with management and the board of directors; able to
build and maintain good relationships both internally and
externally
Able to make practical, timely, solution-based decisions, while
demonstrating superior judgement.
Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
including ability to assess implications of proposed
actions/arguments and respond appropriately in internal and
external forums.
Analyze complex situations and provide practical, timely and
accurate legal advice.
Excellent contract drafting, negotiation and complex legal project
management skills.
Ability to engage colleagues from a business as well as a legal
perspective and to deal effectively at all levels of the
organization.
Flexible, collaborative mindset and willingness to tackle projects
outside of areas of prior experience.
Be well-organized, self-initiating and have the ability to handle
multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications
